The framework should be placed in the proper position and the bolt patterns should be marked on the floor. These markings will allow you to pre-drill holes in the exact spot where the legs will be fixed. The holes should be a tad smaller than the bolt that will be used so that the bolt grips the frame and keeps it firmly in place.
